And when the appointed time of the Messengers arrives.
That means the time for questioning the Messengers on the Day when every individual will be summoned about whether they conveyed the Lord’s Message—Adhikr—to the entire world. Apart from the Prophets, only Messengers had been given Adhikr. So it is mentioned here about the Messengers without mentioning the Prophets. But in verse 39: 69 it is told that Messengers and believers will be brought as witnesses on the Day of Judgement. See explanation 5: 109; 7: 6; and 10: 47.
The people who have been given the Lord’s Book will be questioned whether they utilized It themselves and gave It to others for utilizing. Since the Arabic Qur’an-reading Fujjar all over the world are hiding and rejecting Adhikr, which is the Balance and Trust to keep the universe in its equilibrium, they are mentioned as the worthless people in verses 25: 17-18 and 48: 12. They will fall into Hellfire—the house of the worthless—bearing the evil burden of all evils happening all over the world, as explained in verses 14: 28-30 and 20: 99-100. It is told in verse 56: 82 that the Fujjar have made their food rejecting Adhikr. In verse 83: 29 it is told that the Fujjar Mujirims who are serving Satan will ridicule the believers who are serving Allah by following and propagating Adhikr; and in verse 83: 34 it is told that the believers will ridicule back these kuffar Mujirims from the Hereafter. As told in verse 54: 25, nine hundred and ninety-nine out of every thousand among the people of all 313 Messengers ridiculed the Messengers, saying “an odd liar.” The hypocrites and their blind followers, Mushriks, are the liars and falsehood followers who reject the Truth—Adhikr. They will approve the fact that not the Arabic Qur’an, but Adhikr was the Lord’s Book only when they are killed by other people belonging to the Messenger’s community—such as Jains, Buddhists, Hindus, Jews, Christians, etc.—after the second coming of Jesus and the killing of Antichrist, as explained in verse 38: 8. See explanation 2: 62, 213; 17: 15; and 43: 44.
